honestly don’t even know where to begin because “thank you” doesn’t feel like enough. I am beyond grateful to Mike and the entire team at AZ Automasters for what they have done for me. I’m literally screaming with excitement knowing that I can get back on the road safely and continue working toward my dreams. I recently graduated from high school and I’m attending Grand Canyon University. I live in Laveen and transportation has been one of my biggest worries. When I started having problems with my car, I was extremely stressed because I depend on it to get to school. Lyft and Uber could cost me around $90 just to get to and from school, twice a week, and there aren’t any convenient public bus stops close to our home. I was honestly scared that something as simple as transportation could stand in the way of me accomplishing everything I’ve worked so hard for. What Mike and his team did for me is so much bigger than fixing a car. They gave me peace of mind, independence, and the ability to keep moving forward with my education. ⭐⭐⭐⭐⭐ I cannot say enough good things about Mike and the team at AZ Automasters. I reached out to Mike because my daughter Zamya was having an issue with her car, and as a mom, I was extremely concerned about making sure her vehicle was safe and that we were taking it somewhere we could trust. From the very beginning, Mike showed genuine compassion and a willingness to help. After hearing our situation, he took the time to personally respond and offered to get Zamya’s car looked at as soon as possible. What really stood out to me was that he didn’t make us feel like just another customer or another number. He understood how stressful car problems can be, especially when you don’t know what is wrong or how much it may cost. When I arrived at the Chandler location, the staff immediately greeted me and made me feel welcome. Everyone I interacted with was professional, knowledgeable, respectful, and helpful. Had my vehicle inspected to decide if its worth fixing, the gave me great quotes, researching each of the many repairs, all reasonably priced. They didn't charge me for the inspection , I ended up deciding not yo fix it and trade in. I got excellent service and labor free. I'll be back , good place and people earned my trust.

I stopped by AZ Automasters because the engine splash shield on my old Camry was dragging on the road and making a terrible noise. Jesse at the front desk was amazing, she took my car right in, had one of their mechanics secure the hanging shield, and didn't charge me a single penny! It is so difficult to find a truly honest auto repair shop these days, especially compared to dealerships that always come with inflated prices and a laundry list of unnecessary fixes. Whether it’s a small tweak or a major repair, their integrity and willingness to help without nickel-and-diming really stood out. They have absolutely gained a loyal customer, and I will be coming back here for all my future car maintenance. Highly recommend!

The best auto mechanics in town; they listened to what I wanted, gave great answers and suggestions if If I was off track, and tackled difficulties with with my aftermarket mods. For my '94 Blazer I purchased a drum to disk break kit, and upgraded my front disk brakes. The kits were supposedly right out box ready, to be easy, but of course, it wasn't. With the age of truck, GM stopped making parts due to age of my truck. AZ Automasters had to modified parts to do the job right. They even found a '94 parts in a junkyard. They did a great job on Blazer. Next job, my 2008 C6 corvette, I wanted more power. Mike the owner and I came up with a plan; supercharger, long pipes headers, new exhaust, and tuned. His best bang for the buck recommendecon. Mike kept me up-to-date status of where they were with the install. I was pleased for the updates. Up date. My C6 Corvette is like brand new, but with much more powerful. Its exactly what I looking for. The car feels like it's new. I enjoy every ride in it. I can't express how thankful of his whole team. They went above and beyond for both of my autos. Great repair shop highly recommended.
